Swine & Wine Catering is a professional private cheffing and consultancy company based in Cape Town, South Africa, founded & run by Christo Hattingh. With over 10 years industry experience, Christo morphed his passion for good food, a demand for private chefs and his curiosity to explore other avenues within the cheffing industry and established his very own private cheffing company.

 

Having studied Hospitality Management at Capital Hotel School in Pretoria as well as obtaining a diploma in wine at the Cape Wine Academy as well as his Cordon Bleu Diploma at the renowned Silwood School of Cookery, he took a leap of faith and began Swine & Wine Catering. Having worked for various well known culinary establishments such as La Colombe, Greenhouse, Food Barn & The Test Kitchen as well as having the privilege to cook for notorious individuals such as Jacob Zuma, Jody Scheckter (former Formula One World Champion) & Francois Pienaar, it was evident that with Christos' experience and passion that Swine & Wine Catering would be a success.

Swine & Wine Catering offers the most exclusive catering and consulting services, to meet their clients every need & desire. We pride ourselves in bringing our clients ideas and thoughts to life by tailor making each client’s experience accordingly. We aim to bring a unique touch and just the right amount of perfection in order to create extra ordinary dining experiences each and every time.
